Chocolate Glaze

125g Chocolate Chips/Buttons (I used a mix of dark and milk)

50g Butter

1 tablespoon Golden Syrup

1/4 teaspoon Vanilla Extract

 

Melt up the chocolate, butter and golden syrup in a bowl over hot water. Once smooth, add the vanilla.

Spread the warm mixture over a cooled cake or doughnuts.
