Buttercream Icing

140g butter

280g icing sugar

1-2 tbsp milk

 

In a large bowl, beat the butter until it’s soft and whipped up. Add one third of your icing sugar and mix until smooth. Add another third of icing sugar, along with a tablespoon of milk and mix until smooth. Then add your last third of icing sugar until creamy and smooth and if you need to, add another tablespoon of milk.
