Granola Bars

80g Organic Rolled Oats
40g Organic Whole Wheat Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Organic Cinnamon
45g Organic Packed Brown Sugar
4 tablespoons Organic Honey
2 tbsp Canola Oil
185g Organic Almond Butter
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
50g each of organic nuts/dried fruit/chocolate chips (I used almonds, walnuts, semi-sweet chocolate chips, sunflower and pumpkin seeds)


Preheat your oven to 175 degrees and greaseproof a square pan. In a bowl measure out your oats, flour, salt, cinnamon, nuts, chocolate chips and seeds. In another bowl mix your sugar, honey, oil, almond butter and vanilla extract until they’re fully combined. Once incorporated, mix your wet and dry ingredients together and then press firmly into your pan.

Bake them for about half an hour or so and once you’ve removed them from the oven, allow to cool completely. Enjoy.
