Cream Cheese Frosting

Bar of good quality chocolate or some candy melts


Use the Red Velvet Cupcake┬árecipe to whip up some cupcakes. Once they’re completely cool, smash them all up in a bowl. Get it to a fine crumbly texture and you’re golden. Use the Cream Cheese Frosting recipe and mix them both till it all comes together. Using your hands is most DEFINITELY recommended. Get your paws stuck in, you won’t be sorry. Grab a tablespoon and scoop up some mixture. Roll it up real good and pop it on a baking sheet. Do this with the rest of your mixture and then get the tray into the fridge for a few hours.

Once your pops are cooled melt up your chocolate. Smother your pops in your melted chocolate and make sure they’re fully covered and then lay them on another a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Let them cool and then have fun decorating or seeing how many you can fit in your mouth. Enjoy…
